  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over 2000 PKR (if applicable).
  • Any additional shipping costs will be displayed during checkout before you confirm your order.

3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within [1-2 business days] after payment confirmation.
  • Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered within [3-5 business days] for most cities.
  • During peak seasons, sales events, or holidays, delivery may take longer.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is dispatched, we will send you an email or SMS with the tracking number and courier details.
  • You can track your order status using the provided tracking link.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for customers across Pakistan.
  • Please ensure that the payment is ready at the time of delivery to avoid delays or order cancellations.

6. Delivery Policy

  • We make every effort to deliver your order on time; however, delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, strikes, or courier issues) may occur.
  • If delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, please contact us to rearrange delivery.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your package arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within [48 hours] of delivery by emailing support@shemall.pk with photos of the package and its contents.

8. Changes to Shipping Address

  • If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. Address changes are only possible if the order has not yet been shipped.
